Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable Dutch and European consumer protection laws, you have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item, without providing any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 30 calendar days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), physically receives the goods.
How to Start a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us by sending a clear statement by email to:

You may use the following example, although it is not mandatory:
"I hereby notify VALÈRE VION that I wish to return the following product(s): [product name]. Ordered on: [date]. Received on: [date]. Customer name: [name]. Customer address: [address]. Date: [date]."
Once we receive your request, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and the return address. We operate multiple return facilities depending on your location and will select the most suitable return address for your order.
Returning Your Order
After notifying us of your return request, you must return the item within 14 days.
To be eligible for a refund, returned items must:

Be unworn and unused.

Have all original tags attached.

Be returned in their original packaging.

Be in the same condition as when received.

Include proof of purchase where possible.
Customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be held responsible for returns that are lost or damaged during transit.
If a returned item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality, we reserve the right to deduct any loss in value from the refund.
Order Processing
Our warehouse operates using a highly automated fulfillment system. Orders are processed shortly after they are placed.
If you wish to modify or cancel your order before it has been dispatched, please contact us immediately at support@valerevion.com. While we cannot guarantee that an order can be stopped before shipment, we will always do our best to assist.
If your order has already been shipped, you may still request a return after receiving the package by following the procedure outlined above.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.
If more than 8 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at support@valerevion.com.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Personalized or custom-made products.

Sealed products that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed after delivery.

Gift cards.
Sale items remain subject to the conditions outlined in our Refund Policy.
